Upper Midwest, Plains to see severe weather

The National Weather Service has issued an Enhanced Risk of severe weather from portions of the eastern Dakotas through southern Minnesota and into portions of western Wisconsin and northern Iowa. Severe thunderstorms will also be possible over a greater region from the western Dakotas and Nebraska to the Chicago area. Flash flooding, hail and high winds are possible.
