More snow forecast for Midwest, Northeast

Following Winter Storm Stella, more snow is expected in parts of the Midwest and Northeast. This round of snow is not supposed to be as severe, but certain areas could see up to 6 inches, such as northern New Jersey and eastern Massachusetts. For areas that don't see snow, a wintry mix can be expected, making for slick travel conditions with icing.
