More storms to affect California today

A storm system is bringing heavy rain, strong winds and the potential for landslides and flooding to Northern California through tomorrow. Heavy snow is expected for the Sierras as well. The National Weather Service out of Sacramento is warning residents to be especially wary of flooding due to already saturated soils from previous storms.
