Mountain West set to see more heavy rain and snow

Oregon's Willamette Valley is forecast to see yet another round of snow and ice beginning tomorrow afternoon as a low-pressure system moves in later today. Heavy snow is also expected for much of the Sierra Nevada range. Parts of the northern California and southwestern Oregon coastline could see up to 5 inches of rain through Friday.
