Atmospheric rivers target West Coast

Multiple atmospheric rivers are set to bring rounds of snow and heavy rain to portions of the West Coast, particularly Northern California. Flash floods and landslides will be the main threats for those in lower elevations, while several feet of snow could fall in the Sierra mountains.
