Severe thunderstorm threat through weekend in parts of South

The greatest potential for severe thunderstorms in the South will come tomorrow from eastern Texas to western Alabama. The main threats will be strong winds, hail and tornadoes. As the weekend approaches, the storm threat gradually moves east to Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina. Heavy rain and flash flooding will also be threats during this time.
