Flash floods possible from Tennessee Valley to Mid-Atlantic

Heavy rain and flash flooding are possible through Friday evening in portions of the Tennessee Valley, Ohio Valley, Appalachians and Mid-Atlantic. The National Weather Service has placed several states under flash flood watches.
