Heavy rain threat for Plains, Midwest

Heavy rain and flooding are possible in parts of the Plains and Midwest through the holiday weekend. Flash flood watches are in place for the metro areas of St. Louis and Kansas City. Flood weary West Virginia is also expected to receive additional rain.
