Severe thunderstorms are forecast to affect a central portion of the US on Mother's Day and move east through Monday. Areas of Nebraska to Texas should expect to see large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes through the afternoon and evening hours on Sunday. As the storms move east, areas of Iowa south to Louisiana should expect to see similar conditions on Monday.
