A clipper system will continue to bring snow and strong winds to the Northeast through the day on Monday. Portions of southern New York to southern New England may see a half foot of total snow accumulation, while the rest of the area may see 1 to 3 inches. The storm will also be accomanpied by a freeze, as temperatures may drop into the 20s during the evening hours.
