An area of low pressure passing off the East Coast is forecast to bring heavy snow and strong winds to coastal New England today through tomorrow morning. Members in this area should expect to see dangerous travel conditions and possible power outages, especially in southeastern Massachusetts, where there is currently a Blizzard Warning in effect. Coastal flooding is also a possbility in low-lying areas.
