Severe thunderstorms to return to Gulf Coast and Mid-Atlantic

Severe thunderstorms, capable of producing tornadoes, are predicted for the Gulf Coast Tuesday, before heading north to Washington D.C. on Wednesday. Parts of Texas could see heavy storms on Monday night. In addition to tornadoes, damaging winds along with hail are threats for the areas that may be affected.
