Winter Storm Fortis is set to bring heavy snow and high winds to northern New England and parts of West Virginia starting tomorrow. Parts of northern New Hampshire and Maine could see up to 2 feet accumulation. For those in southern New England and the coastal areas of the Mid-Atlantic, rain will be the main issue. The storm system will also bring lake-effect snow to the Great Lakes region as it passes through and heads out by Friday night into early Saturday.
